Delivery time
The time of preparing the package for shipment from the moment the money is credited to the account should not be longer than 2-3 business days.
Shipments only take place from Monday to Wednesday.
We ship order with Live Animals via only via UPS Express with a delivery time of 24 hours, sometimes in the case of further destinations it may take up to 48 hours.
If You wish to buy order without Live Animals let us know to make calculation for UPS Standard shipping which shipping price is lower.
In the pre-holiday period, the order fulfillment time may be extended.
Receipt of information – order status “completed” means that your package has just been packed and will be dispatched on the next shipment day, in Monday or Tuesday.
