From 1st of the October , until further notice, orders with live goods must be purchased with a heater [ heat pack ] for their safety during transport. Lack of the purchased heater will result in the suspension of the shipment of the order, and after 3 days from the lack of purchase, the order will be canceled and the amount due will be refunded.
